These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the courses, memberships, workshops, teacher training, and related services (“Services”) offered by the Mindful Crafters Institute (“MCI”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
By purchasing, registering for, or using any of our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully.

Our online courses and memberships are delivered through Podia Labs, Inc. (“Podia”). Payments are processed securely via Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”) and PayPal Holdings, Inc. (“PayPal”).
When you use our Services, you also agree to Podia’s Terms of Service and the payment processor terms (Stripe and/or PayPal).
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services. If you are under 16, you may not register or provide us with any personal data. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into these Terms.
If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
To access certain Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Keep your login secure and confidential.
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if information provided is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.
Prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time; the price applicable to you is the one in effect at the time of your purchase.
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal. By purchasing a Service, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method.
Some Services (e.g., memberships) are billed on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge recurring fees until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Due to the digital nature of our Services, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted, except where required by law. Specific workshops or trainings may include a refund policy stated at point of sale.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks are strictly prohibited. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your payment provider.
All materials provided through the Services — including videos, audio, written guides, patterns, images, and other content — are the intellectual property of MCI or our faculty, unless otherwise noted.
You may use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any content without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Services in any way that:
Violates any law or regulation.
Infringes on the rights of others.
Is fraudulent, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
Interferes with or disrupts the operation of our Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms.
If you participate in our teacher training:
You are responsible for attending all required sessions and completing assessments.
Certification is at the sole discretion of MCI based on participation, demonstrated competency, and compliance with program requirements.
Certification does not grant you ownership of MCI intellectual property, but a limited license to use the designation “MCI Teacher” or similar as defined in program materials.
Our Services may include links or integrations with third-party websites or services (such as Podia, Stripe, PayPal, Zoom). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Your use of their services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Services for your purposes.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or freedom from harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
MCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 3 months prior to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MCI, our staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [your city/state in Germany].
EU consumers retain any rights provided under their national consumer protection laws.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via the Site or email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
